Belonging. Where do I fit?

Identity. Who am I?

Purpose. Why am I here?

OUR CONTEXT

Three big questions...

Research from the Fuller Youth Institute indicates that three of the most foundational questions emerging adults are wrestling with is that of belonging, identity, and purpose. At NorthernLife, we believe that in the life, teaching and (most fully) death/resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth, the most compelling answers to these questions are found.

OUR VISION

Three good answers...

We want to reach Young Adults exactly where they are, so we've formed our three-part strategy to specifically address the three big questions they're asking. Our heart is to be a community of love, growing together in maturity, and making the most of every opportunity.

Community for belonging.

Maturity in identity.

Opportunity on purpose.

“Therefore” Jesus said, “do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

COMMUNITY

The Next Event

As part of our strategy for building community, we gather together roughly every month for a casual, welcoming social outing. We call it The Next Event, because there's always another one coming. Check out down below what's coming up next!

The Case for Conditionalism Course

Young adults: Ever wondered what the Bible says about the final fate of those who do not know Christ? It's a tricky, emotive question. This short, one-day course by Jonathan Shanks explores the Scriptures in making a case for Conditionalism.

4YA nights are the place to explore the real questions young adults face. 4YA Nights are for YAs, run four times a year, and hosted in the foyer.

Get connected.

The best way to get connected is by coming to church or one of our events. The second best way is to join our Young Adults WhatsApp community. To be sent the link, get in touch with our Young Adults Pastor, Ben, using the link below.
